I lead innovation and service design projects as founding partner of Livework in Brazil, am the author of the best-seller Design Thinking Brasil and teach at renowned universities around the globe. My upcoming book, “Serve well to always serve!” intends to promote the importance of a good service to a broad audience in Brazil, raising awareness towards Service Design.
